At times it reminds me of the old comics but it tries too hard on the escapes and each one has to be bigger and better.

I loved Tintin as a child, and I think I went into this movie with quite high expectations. In the end I left a little disappointed. It was a good movie, and the animation was very high quality, but the story line could have been stronger. I still enjoyed the movie and am glad I chose to watch it

My 11yo son went with friends of mine and he loved it. Actually even the nearly 40 yr olds loved it.

A decent tribute to the acclaimed series by Herge. Shame it's a little too much action and not enough story but it all ads up for a fun, atmospheric ride.
