Meryl Streep has done such a convincing job of portraying Thatcher that she should win an Oscar for it!
The movie shows a more rounded insight into Thatcher's life than we got from her years in her life as a politician.

This movie was very disappointing. l did not like the way that Margaret Thatcher was displayed. They focused too much on her later years and not on her achievements while in office. l also found it a bit boring.

Movie was good, however I thought that there was too much time spent in the 'old' Thatcher rather than the young one.

Meryl Streep is absolutely brilliant as Margaret Thatcher, and the story is woven beautifully. I'm not politically minded, but she has always been an interesting public figure, and all the more iconic because she was the first female PM of the UK. Well worth the kudos it has been receiving.

I thought this movie focused too much on the present and not on all the things that Margaret Thatcher had done. This would have made the movie more interesting instead of being quite boring

Great acting and engaging!

Not what I expected. A somewhat sad look at what could have been an amazing film with small glimpses of what was a truly strong and ambitious womans life story. The dementia angle did not do her any justice at all.

Meryl Streep is never in a bad movie, great film

Somewhat disappointing - but well acted, naturally

Wiebke E.
Streep's acting was outstandingly superb and makes up for any weaknesses or discomfort with the underlying political context or choice of interleaved timestamps.
