Anyone who has ever read the books that this film is based on will absolutely love it. Old school science fiction brought to the screen in incredible 3D. I highly recommend this for anyone who is into a rollicking adventure on Mars!

I liked this movie and even though it was based on Princess of Mars book, thought they did a really good job of it. Good effects and interesting movie with lots of action. I would see it again!

Loved John Carter, have not read the book, didn't know anything about it going into the movie. Thoroughly enjoyed the storyline and special effects and the gorgeous Taylor Kitsch. Was thrilled to see he can act and not just be a drunkard Tim Riggins from Friday Night Lights. Top marks, best movie I've seen for ages.
