Synopsis
Jamie is moving from Chicago to New York to become a Broadway actress and her roommate Jessica is seriously bummed about it. It’s not just because they’re such great friends, perfect housemates, and adoring company, it’s because Jessie is in love with Jamie. What else to do but date a bunch of women under her nose to try and make her jealous? Not the best plan, but when set to a score and songbook, it makes for compelling and catchy viewing. That’s right – this is the MUSICAL version of the “are we friends or are we lovers” trope.
