    HOYTS customers can see the movies they love now and pay later with Zip, at all HOYTS cinemas within Australia.

    Zip offers customers two great ways to pay:

    Zip Pay: for everyday spending up to $1,000* AND

    Zip Money: for larger purchases over $1,000**

    Zip customers can buy the things they love today and pay for them over time, interest-free with Zip Pay and a minimum of 3 months interest free with Zip Money.**

    Using Zip at HOYTS online

    When booking your tickets online you can use either your Zip Pay or Zip Money account, simply:

    1 Select Zip as payment method Add items to your HOYTS cart and select Zip as your payment method at checkout.
    2 Log into Zip When prompted, log into your Zip account and click ‘Complete Order’ to make your purchase.
    3 Verify your device If this transaction is completed via a new device or browser a six-digit SMS code will be sent to the number on file, this code will be required at the login screen.
    4 Confirm your order You will then be redirected back to HOYTS for confirmation of the order.

    Frequently Asked Questions.

    • If you'd like a refund on a Zip purchase, you'll need to contact the retailer directly and follow their normal returns process. If you return goods to a retailer and they agree to a refund, your Zip account will be credited with the agreed refund amount. The funds will then be put towards your owing balance or depending on the refund amount your account may be placed in credit. Please note refunds can take up to 14 business days to process however the exact timeframe is dictated by the merchant. If the refund amount places your account into credit, please contact our customer experience team below to arrange a refund to your bank account. Alternatively, you can choose to leave your account in credit and use the funds for your next purchase.

    • When you sign up with Zip, your repayment schedule is automatically set to cover your minimum monthly repayment. Zip Pay customers can select from three different schedule types. Custom schedule: You can change the frequency of your payments to weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Choose what works best for you! Smart schedule: Zip will personalise your schedule based on spending behaviour and repayment habits. Fee waiver schedule: We’ll automatically adjust your schedule to pay off your balance each month so that you don't have to pay the *$9.95 monthly account fee. Once logged in: 1. Select the "HOME" tab located at the bottom of the app screen. 2. Select your account. 3. Select "Manage" located below your next scheduled payment. 4. Select the preferred schedule type (Custom, Smart schedule or Fee waiver schedule). 5. Select "Confirm". Please Note: You cannot reduce your schedule amount to be less than your contractual minimum monthly requirement.

Repayments start from as little as $10 a week and we’ll waive the $9.95 monthly account fee if you pay your statement closing balance, in full, by the due date. - Zip Money is a line of credit for larger amounts, generally $1,000 and above. Zip Money offers customers a guaranteed 3 months interest-free across all products and up to 48 months with some retailers.** The length of the interest-free period varies among individual merchants and is confirmed with you prior to purchase.
