    AnyTime Fitness – HOYTS Ticket Offer Terms and Conditions 

    1. Eligible Anytime Fitness members may purchase discounted HOYTS tickets subject to standard seats in eligible sessions from Monday to Thursday at HOYTS cinemas in Australia including HOYTS LUX.
    2. Standard tickets are priced at the following:
      • $15.00 for sessions between Monday to Thursday
      • Additional surcharges shall apply for premium sessions including Xtremescreen, DBOX, ONYX and 3D.
    3. HOYTS LUX tickets are priced at the following:
      • $31.00 for sessions between Monday to Thursday
      • Additional surcharges shall apply for premium sessions including 3D.
    4. Limit of one transaction per member per day.
    5. Limit of six discounted tickets per transaction.
    6. Tickets purchased using the HOYTS Anytime Fitness offer are subject to the HOYTS Terms of Use available to view here. 
    7. Tickets are for Anytime Fitness members’ personal use and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these terms and conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticketholder may be refused admission. 
    8. Eligible Anytime Fitness members can access this offer by visiting the member portal and following the offer prompts. Once validated, eligible Anytime Fitness members shall be redirected to www.hoyts.com.au to complete their transaction.
    9. Purchases made via www.hoyts.com.au may attract a booking fee. However, purchases from inside a participating cinema shall not attract a booking fee, subject to the eligible member/s entering the ‘In Cinema Code’ displayed on the session time screens.
    10. Advertised pricing standard seating in standard sessions. Surcharges shall apply for premium experiences including 3D, Xtremescreen, HOYTS DBOX, HOYTS ONYX. Additionally 3D glasses, where required, are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately.
    11. This offer is available for most sessions at eligible HOYTS cinemas. Some special events are excluded, including Girls Night Out, film festivals and other sessions advertised as Special Event.
    12. Tickets purchased using this offer will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).
    13. Film classifications apply to all sessions at HOYTS. Refer to the advertised film classification to ensure that you and your guests meet the entry requirements for your film.
    14. This offer and the associated conditions may be extended, changed or retracted.
