Foxtel Rewards Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions – Foxtel Rewards – HOYTS Ticket offer:

1. The HOYTS Foxtel Rewards Ticket offer is only open to active Foxtel Rewards members to purchase a:
   • Standard Adult General Admission ticket for $13; or
   • HOYTS LUX ticket for $29.

   ("Tickets") on the following conditions:

2. Tickets are valid for use Monday to Sunday at any HOYTS cinemas nationally (HOYTS LUX tickets may only be used at HOYTS LUX venues). Online booking fees and surcharges may apply.
3. Limit of one transaction per member per day.
4. Limit of six discounted tickets per transaction.
5. Tickets purchased using the HOYTS Foxtel Rewards Ticket offer are subject to the HOYTS Terms of Use available to view at https://www.hoyts.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions.
6. Tickets are for the Foxtel Rewards member's personal use and may not be resold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticket holder may be refused admission.
7. Foxtel Rewards members must log in to their Foxtel Rewards account to claim the offer, where they will be redirected to the HOYTS website. To claim the offer, Foxtel Rewards members must:
   1. Log in to their Foxtel Rewards account to validate they are a Foxtel Rewards member, then follow the link to the Foxtel Rewards and HOYTS Offer ticketing landing page and purchase their tickets online by following the instructions.
   2. Purchases made via the HOYTS website may attract a booking fee. However, purchases from inside a participating cinema will not attract a booking fee, provided the Foxtel Rewards member enters the In Cinema Code displayed on the session time screens.
   3. Customers will then receive corresponding digital movie tickets to their nominated email address to present at the cinema.
8. Advertised pricing is for standard seating in standard sessions. Surcharges may apply for premium experiences, including but not limited to 3D, Xtremescreen, HOYTS APEX, HOYTS D-BOX, HOYTS ONYX, LOUNGE, ScreenX and Recliner. Where required, 3D glasses are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately.
9. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, special event or group event such as Girls' Night Out, Mates Night, HOYTS Daybed, film festivals, HOYTS Rewards member screenings, other sessions advertised as Special Events, or any third party screenings.
10. HOYTS Rewards points cannot be used to redeem this offer.
11. Tickets purchased using this offer will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).
12. Tickets are valid for the selected movie and session only. Classification rules still apply, so personal identification and proof of age may be required to use a Ticket or attend certain movie sessions. Film classifications are available on the HOYTS website. Foxtel Rewards members who purchase a ticket under this offer should refer to the advertised classification to ensure that they, along with any guests, meet the entry requirements.
13. Ticket pricing and any fees or surcharges listed in these Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
14. This offer and the associated Terms and Conditions may be extended, amended or withdrawn at any time.
