    Terms and Conditions: HOYTS ‘Disney+ Perks Survey’ Competition

    1. The Promoter

    The promoter is The HOYTS Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 31 006 082 551) (the "Promoter").
    The Walt Disney Company, and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this competition, and are not providing any prizing for the competition.

    2. Eligibility

    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who receive an official email invitation to complete the survey. Employees of the Promoter, their associated agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

    3. Promotion Period

    The promotion commences on Thursday 14 May 2026 at 4:00PM AEST and closes on Thursday 21 May, 2026 at 3:59PM AEST (the "Promotional Period").

    4. How to Enter

    Entry is free (excluding standard internet connection charges). To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period: a) Click the unique link provided in the official promotion email; b) Complete all required questions within the survey; and c) Submit the survey.

    Limit of one (1) entry per person.

    5. The Prize

    There are ten (10) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) HOYTS double pass voucher (valid for two General Admission tickets), valued at $55.00 AUD each. The total prize pool is valued at $550.00 AUD.

    Prize Conditions:

    Adult Voucher and Adult E-Voucher

    The voucher must be exchanged at the Box Office or Candy Bar, or redeemed at HOYTS Cinemas or via the HOYTS app for your ticket.

    The voucher is redeemable for two (2) Standard seats for two (2) Adults, for any Standard session at HOYTS Cinemas in Australia, excluding Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm onwards and public holidays.

    Upgrade fees may apply for select experiences and seating concepts, including (but not limited to) 3D, Xtremescreen, D-BOX, Samsung Onyx, Lounge, SCREENX, HOYTS APEX, IMAX, and Recliners. Upgrade fees will be applied at the time of redemption and are subject to change at any time.

    The voucher is valid until the expiry date indicated and cannot be exchanged, extended, or replaced.

    If redeemed at HOYTS Cinemas, both the voucher number and PIN are required to be entered. Booking fees will apply.

    HOYTS must approve in writing any material which includes reference to ‘HOYTS’ or ‘HOYTS CineVoucher’.

    The voucher cannot be:

    • Redeemed for and/or upgraded to HOYTS LUX, HOYTS Daybed or special or group events
    • Redeemed on public holidays
    • Used to purchase 3D glasses (must be purchased separately at an additional cost)
    • Used in conjunction with any other offer
    • Replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged
    • Used to purchase any pre-paid movie vouchers, gift cards or HOYTS Rewards memberships
    • Exchanged for cash and change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing
    • Used and/or sold by a person or company as an incentive for a third party to purchase other goods or services, or incorporated into an offer without prior written consent of The HOYTS Corporation Pty Limited

    6. The Draw

    The draw will take place on Friday 22 May, 2026 at 10:00AM AEST at HOYTS Head Office. The draw will be conducted using a randomised electronic selection method to ensure all valid entries have a fair and equal chance of winning.

    7. Notification of Winners

    Winners will be notified in writing via the email address used to complete the survey within two (2) business days of the draw. Prizes will be distributed electronically to the winners' email addresses within 28 days of the draw.

    8. Unclaimed Prizes

    If a prize remains unclaimed or a winner cannot be contacted by Friday 29 May, a redraw will take place on that day at the same time and place as the original draw, to distribute the unclaimed prize(s).

    9. Privacy and Data Collection

    By entering this competition, participants consent to the Promoter collecting their personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion, facilitating the draw, and notifying winners. Survey responses and personal data will be handled in accordance with the respective Privacy Policies of HOYTS and Disney+ Perks.

    10. Regulatory Compliance

    This promotion is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winners. As the total prize pool is valued under state and territory thresholds, no trade promotion lottery permits are required to conduct this promotion.
