    Offer Terms and Conditions

    NAB Goodies & HOYTS Discounted Ticket Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions apply to the NAB Goodies and HOYTS Discounted Ticket offer (Offer).

    1. This Offer is promoted by National Australian Bank Limited (ABN 12 004 044 937) (NAB) and fulfilled by The HOYTS Corporations Pty Ltd (ABN 31 006 082 551) (HOYTS).
    2. Under this Offer, Eligible NAB Customers (defined below) can purchase the following discounted tickets:
      • $14 HOYTS standard tickets; and
      • $28 HOYTS LUX tickets.
    3. The offer remains available until 24 February 2027 unless withdrawn by NAB or HOYTS (offer period).
    4. The Offer may be varied or withdrawn by NAB or HOYTS at any time. If the Offer is varied or withdrawn, NAB will communicate this by updating the Offer details on https://www.nab.com.au/promotions.
    5. To be eligible to receive this Offer (an Eligible NAB Customer), customers must:
      • agree to these Terms and Conditions. Claiming this Offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;
      • have access to NAB Goodies in the NAB app. Enrolment eligibility applies as per NAB Goodies “My Offers” Terms and Conditions; and
      • hold a valid personal NAB Visa Debit card, NAB Visa credit card, or a NAB Now Pay Later digital card (Eligible NAB Card) and be in good standing with respect to all of your NAB accounts (as reasonably determined by NAB).
    6. To redeem this Offer, an Eligible NAB Customer must:
      • Login to the NAB app, navigate to the NAB Goodies section and tap the HOYTS offer tile.
      • Follow the prompts to be directed to the NAB Goodies and HOYTS Offer ticketing landing page where the discounted tickets can be purchased.
      • Purchase the ticket(s) using an Eligible NAB Card.
    7. Tickets must be purchased using an Eligible NAB Card. NAB Business Visa debit cards and NAB Business Visa credit cards are not eligible.
    8. Online booking fees will apply to tickets purchased under this Offer. Online booking fees will be waived for customers who purchase tickets online via the NAB Goodies and HOYTS Offer website whilst at a HOYTS cinema and upon the entry of a valid ‘In Cinema Code’.
    9. Surcharges may apply for premium experiences including but not limited to 3D, Xtremescreen, HOYTS DBOX, HOYTS ONYX, LOUNGE, ScreenX, and Recliner. Additionally, 3D glasses, where required, are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately.
    10. This Offer is available in conjunction with the NAB Goodies and HOYTS 50% off HOYTS Regular Combo offer, and is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, special event or group event such as ‘Girls’ Night Out’, ‘Mate Night’, or for HOYTS Daybed, IMAX sessions, film festivals, and HOYTS Rewards Members screenings or any third-party screenings.
    11. Tickets are valid for use Monday - Sunday, at any session, at any HOYTS Australian cinemas (HOYTS LUX tickets may only be used at HOYTS LUX venues across Australia).
    12. Limit of one (1) transaction per Eligible NAB Customer per day.
    13. Limit of six (6) discounted tickets per transaction.
    14. Tickets purchased under this Offer are for the personal use of Eligible NAB Customers and their guest(s) and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticketholder may be refused admission.
    15. HOYTS Rewards points cannot be used to redeem this Offer.
    16. Tickets purchased using the Offer will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).
    17. Tickets are valid for the selected movie and session only. Classification rules will apply to all movie sessions, so personal identification and proof of age may be required to use a ticket or attend certain movie sessions.
    18. Pricing of HOYTS standard session tickets and LUX tickets, including any fees or surcharges listed in these Terms and Conditions, are subject to change.
    19. Tickets purchased using the Offer are subject to the Hoyts Terms of Use available at https://www.hoyts.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions.
