You can get FREE* popcorn refills when you purchase a popcorn of any size at HOYTS on Monday January 19, 2026!

To redeem the offer, simply return your empty popcorn container to the Candy Bar and request a popcorn refill and HOYTS will replace the empty popcorn container with a full one of a similar or same size.

If you ask us, there is no better way to spend your day, than with extra comfy seats, some warm buttery popcorn and the latest blockbusters.

*Free popcorn refills valid for popcorn purchased on Monday January 19, 2026 either as part of a combo or as a standalone item at a HOYTS Cinema in Australia or New Zealand. To receive the free refill, guests must return their empty popcorn container to a team member at the candy bar point of sale and request a popcorn refill. HOYTS will replace the empty popcorn container with a full one of a similar or same size. Free popcorn refills are not available for HOYTS Gourmet Popcorn Range. Guests will not be required to return promotional containers but will need to present the promotional container when requesting the free refill. The refill will be supplied in a standard container of same / similar size and this container will need to be used for any additional refills on that day. Guests will not be supplied with another promotional container as part of this offer. Used popcorn containers must be returned to HOYTS Staff when this benefit is being redeemed. The free popcorn refills are provided under the HOYTS Fair Go policy where HOYTS reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse to refill a guest’s popcorn where it is believed the offer is being abused and / or the refills are not for personal use or is being unreasonably shared with other groups / people. Free popcorn refills must be redeemed no later than 30 minutes after the last session of the day has commenced, where the offer is being redeemed. HOYTS reserves the right not to provide free popcorn refills after this time.
