    Jurassic World: Rebirth – Gift With Purchase Offer

    1. This Jurassic World: Rebirth (Film) – Gift With Purchase offer (Offer) – is part of a limited time promotion for Uber One Members (Eligible Customers) to obtain a ‘T Rex Popcorn Head’ (GWP) when purchasing a ticket see the Film at a Hoyts cinema and attending the  cinema to see the Film available during the Promotional Period. 
    2. The Offer commences on 16 June 2025 and runs until stock is exhausted or until 6 July 2025, whichever comes sooner (Promotional Period).
    3. Eligible Customers who purchase the Offer during the Promotional Period may collect their GWP at their booked session, including sessions scheduled after the Promotion End Date, provided the session and ticket package was available for advance booking as at 6 July 2025.
    4. The Offer is valid for use Monday-Sunday at any HOYTS cinemas in Australia.
    5. Limit of 1 GWP per Eligible Customer per day.
    6. To claim the Offer, Eligible Customers can either: 
      1. Purchase the Offer online: To purchase the Offer online, Eligible Customers must log in via their Uber/Uber Eats account to validate their Uber One membership then follow the link to the Uber One x Jurassic World: Rebirth x HOYTS Offer ticketing website and purchase a ticket package online following the instructions. An online booking fee and any relevant surcharges will apply per ticket. Eligible Customers will then receive the corresponding digital offer to their nominated email address to present in-cinema at the Uber One signposted Collection Point.
      2. Purchase Offer in-person at a HOYTS cinema: To purchase the Offer in-person, Eligible Customers must log in via their Uber/Uber Eats account to validate their Uber One membership then follow the link to the Uber One x Jurassic World: Rebirth x HOYTS Offer ticketing website and purchase a ticket package online following the instructions. At checkout, apply the Partner in-cinema code, which will appear on the movie times digital screen. This will waive the online booking fee.  Any relevant surcharges will apply per ticket. Eligible Customers will then receive the corresponding digital offer to their nominated email address to present in-cinema at the Uber One signposted Collection Point. 
    7. Redeeming the Offer: An Eligible Customer will receive a confirmation email after ordering online. When the Eligible Customer arrives at the cinema, they will need to show the order confirmation to staff at the Uber One signposted Collection Point. Staff will present the GWP to Eligible Customer.
    8. The GWP will be provided along with a serving of popcorn appropriately sized for the merchandise item. Any additional food or beverage items are not included and will incur separate charges payable by the customer at the cinema. 
    9. Stock Availability Disclaimer: The GWP is subject to limited stock availability at each participating HOYTS cinema location. While HOYTS endeavours to maintain adequate stock levels, availability may vary between locations and over time. HOYTS does not guarantee the availability of the GWP at all times or at all locations. Eligible Customers are advised that the GWP is offered on a 'while stocks last' basis at each individual cinema. HOYTS shall not be liable for any loss or disappointment arising from the unavailability of the GWP at a chosen location.
    10. This Offer cannot be: 
      1. redeemed for any other food and beverage item; 
      2. redeemed for any tickets for any other films except the Film or other merchandise;
      3. redeemed at any affiliate cinemas; 
      4. used in conjunction with any other offer; or 
      5. replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged.

    12. Tickets are for personal use only by Eligible Customers and cannot be re-sold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes. Breaching these terms may result in cancellation without refund.
    13. Advertised pricing standard seating in standard sessions. Surcharges shall apply for premium experiences including 3D, Xtremescreen, HOYTS D-BOX, HOYTS ONYX. Additionally 3D glasses, where required, are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately.
    14. The Offer is not available for HOYTS LUX or Daybeds sessions.
    15. The Offer is not available on special events, including Girls Night Out, film festivals and other sessions advertised by HOYTS as special event.
    16. The White Label Ticket Site may also be used for purchases of:
      • All standard tickets at HOYTS Cinemas in Australia
      • All recliner tickets
      • All Xtremescreen tickets (subject to surcharge)
    17. HOYTS Rewards points cannot be used to redeem the GWP Ticket Package.
    18. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except where required by law.
    19. Tickets are valid only for the selected movie and session booked. Classification rules apply, and ID may be required for entry.

    HOYTS reserves the right to modify or revoke any offers, fees, or surcharges at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.
