UBER ONE AND UBER PRO HOYTS Discounted Ticket Offer Terms and Conditions

The offer is only open to active Uber One and Uber Pro members within Australia and New Zealand to purchase:

a standard adult general admission ticket for $12.00; or
a HOYTS LUX ticket for $27.50,

(“Tickets”) on the following conditions:

Tickets are valid for use Monday-Sunday, at any HOYTS cinemas nationally (HOYTS LUX tickets may only be used at HOYTS LUX venues). Online booking fee and surcharges may apply.
Limit of one transaction per member per day.
Limit of six discounted Tickets per transaction.
Tickets purchased using the Uber HOYTS ticket offer are subject to the Hoyts Terms of Use available to view at https://www.hoyts.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions and https://www.hoyts.co.nz/pages/terms-and-conditions
Tickets are for Uber One and Uber Pro Members' personal use and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Any links to purchase Tickets must not be shared publicly or with other people. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these terms and conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticketholder may be refused admission. Where Uber reasonably believes that an Uber One and Uber Pro member has abused the offer or has otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions, Uber may remove the Uber One and Uber Pro member’s eligibility for the offer for the remainder of the promotional period.
Uber One and Uber Pro members must login to the Uber Eats app to claim the offer where they will be redirected to the HOYTS Offer ticketing landing page. To claim the offer, Uber One and Uber Pro members must:
1. Access the link via the available method to validate they are an Uber One and Uber Pro member, then follow the link to the Uber and HOYTS Offer ticketing landing page and purchase their Tickets online following the instructions.
2. Purchases made via the HOYTS website may attract a booking fee. However, purchases from inside a participating cinema shall not attract a booking fee, subject to the Uber One and Uber Pro member entering the ‘In Cinema Code’ displayed on the session time screens.
Surcharges may apply for premium experiences including 3D, Xtremescreen, HOYTS DBOX, HOYTS ONYX, LOUNGE, ScreenX, and Recliner. Additionally, 3D glasses, where required, are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately.
This offer is available for most sessions at HOYTS cinemas. Some special events and experiences are excluded, including but not limited to: ‘Girls’ Night Out’, ‘Mates Night’, HOYTS Daybed, film festivals, IMAX, and other sessions advertised as Special Event. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer (other than the Uber popcorn offer), discount, special event or group event.
HOYTS Rewards points cannot be used to redeem this offer.
Tickets purchased using the offer will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).
Tickets are valid for the selected movie and session only. Classification rules still apply, so personal identification and proof of age may be required to use a Ticket or attend certain movie sessions. Film classifications are available on the HOYTS website. Uber One and Uber Pro Members who purchase a ticket under this offer should refer to the advertised classification to ensure that they, along with any guests, meet the entry requirements.
Pricing of HOYTS Tickets, including any fees or surcharges listed in these Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
Pricing of Tickets and any fees or surcharges are in AUD for the Australian offer and NZD for the New Zealand offer.
This offer and the associated conditions may be extended, changed or retracted.
